Wow!

I’ve been taking this formula for about one month now, which I started to help with my fatigue in working much longer hours. After about a month, I have so much energy that it is incredible! I’m sleeping really well (and thus don’t require as much sleep), needing to eat less, and even after a very long work day, I still have the energy to get an intense and satisfying workout. I’m not sure if this is due to the adaptogens, but I even spent a week with a sick friend and I was the only one who didn’t get sick. I extremely recommend!

Energy!

Tok Energy supplement makes me feel awake and alert all day. No more mid-afternoon crash! Even though I still enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, I no longer feel I need more to get through the day. I like that it has a plant-based formula and I like that the ingredients are organic and free of fillers. I take Tok Energy with Tok Support, and I highly recommend their use.

Feeling good and sleeping better

I purchased this product because of its all-natural ingredients specifically ginseng. I had heard about the benefits of ginseng so wanted to add some to my supplement regimen. I can say this product works well. I have a good boost of energy that lasts throughout the day after taking it in the morning, and I don't feel a mid day slump anymore when my morning coffee is done. Another benefit I have noticed is at night when I go to sleep. I used to just crash when falling asleep and then wake up in the morning feeling tired as if I had not slept at all. After taking TOK Energy, I now tend to drift off to sleep instead of crashing and I sleep a lot deeper than before. When I wake up in the morning I am its not as difficult to get up as it was before. Overall, this product has been a great addition to my well being.

Loads of energy

I am pleased to say that Energy by Tok does just what it says. Gives me energy all day and do not notice any crash or rapid decline in my energy. It does not make me feel anxious as some supplements have in the past. Thank you for a great product.

Wonderfully helpful

I took Energy for a few days after an injury. My energy was up, the trauma was reduced and I slept better, with no caffeine buzz. I would recommend Energy whole heartily!
