How do you use the supplements?
For best use, we suggest that you take the minimum dose listed on the bottle (2). It is recommended to take alongside food or water. If you do not feel the effects, you can take two more for a maximum of 4 tablets per day. Since our bottles contain 120 tablets, you should expect enough dose for more than one to two months.

What kind of testing do you do on your supplements?
All raw herbs that enter our manufacturing facility are quality assured via a combination of appearance, microscopic analysis, physical/chemical identification, and chemical fingerprinting via thin-layer chromotagraphy, high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry.
Our manufacturing specifically checks for sulfur dioxide, pesticide residuals, aflatoxins, heavy metals, and aristolochic acid.

How long does it take for Tok Wellness Company supplements to be felt?
Light effects will take place 1-2 hours after consumption, with greater impact noticeable the following day (and following sustained use).

Why do the supplements appear to have premium pricing?
At Tok Wellness, we are committed to the efficacy and quality of our products. To achieve health through nature, there are certain levels of density & purity required for the ingredients. To do this, we utilize an incredibly effective extraction process that allows us to pack a significantly higher amount of raw ingredient into each tablet. In addition, we do not add fillers into our recipes to ensure that each ingredient has function. Our bottles also contain 120 tablets, which means 30 servings of 4 tablets or 60 servings of 2 tablets, which allows us to be priced competitively on a per-serving basis when considering alternatives.

When were the supplements manufactured?
All our products align to herbalist recommendations around shelf life and stability. For tablets, these products are manufactured within the last 10 years. For tinctures, they are manufactured within the last 2 years. Both do not have rigid expiration dates, and only lose a marginal amount of efficacy over time.
